Terms of Service

These terms cover engagements booked through hamtek.dev — mainly the production teardown. Using the site or booking a teardown means you agree to these.

The service

A production teardown is me running your AI agent under real conditions, in an environment you control, and handing back a ranked map of what breaks, what bleeds tokens, and what leaks — each with a fix. If nothing's wrong, you get that in writing instead.

Scope is agreed before I start: what agent, what environment, what you want checked. I don't touch anything outside that scope without asking first.

Access and your code

A teardown runs in your environment, not mine. I don't keep a copy of your code or credentials once the engagement ends. Anything I need temporary access to (API keys, a test environment) gets used only for the agreed scope and nothing else.

Payment

Flat fee, agreed before the work starts. No retainer, no surprise hourly overage. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.

No warranty beyond what's stated

A teardown reports what I find under the conditions we test — it's not a guarantee against every possible future failure. I'll be straight with you about what I did and didn't check.

Liability

I'm not liable for how you use the findings, or for issues in your agent that existed before the teardown and weren't part of the agreed scope. My liability for the engagement is capped at the fee paid for it.

Confidentiality

What I learn about your agent during a teardown stays between us — see the Privacy Policy for the specifics.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top updates. Anything already booked runs under the terms in place when you booked it.
