Privacy Policy
HamTek ("I", "me") builds AI-agent reliability tools and runs production teardowns for AI-agent teams. This page explains what I collect when you reach out or use a teardown, and what I do — and don't do — with it.
What I collect
If you email me or book a teardown, I collect whatever you send me directly: your name, email, and whatever you tell me about your agent, stack, or the problem you're trying to solve. If we schedule a call, my scheduling tool (GoHighLevel) collects your name, email, and the time you booked.
The site itself doesn't run analytics or tracking scripts. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to — the marketing site at hamtek.dev doesn't set tracking cookies. The booking flow (a separate subdomain) is covered by GoHighLevel's own privacy policy for the scheduling data it handles.
What I do with it
- Respond to your message and, if you book a teardown, run it.
- During a teardown, I run your agent under conditions you set, in an environment you control. I don't keep your code or credentials after the engagement ends.
- I don't sell contact information or teardown findings to anyone, ever.
- I don't share what I learn about your agent with anyone outside the engagement without your say-so.
Third parties
Email runs through Google Workspace/Gmail. Scheduling runs through GoHighLevel, on its own subdomain, isolated from the main site. Neither gets access to your agent, your code, or anything from a teardown — only what's needed to email you or book a time.
Your rights
Ask and I'll tell you exactly what I have on file for you, or delete it. Email hamstudios101@gmail.com.
Changes
If this changes, I'll update the date at the top. No silent rewrites.
